Our
business has been built in part, on our ability to provide the kind of delivery
performance which is critical to maintain our customers' manufacturing targets.
Many
of our customers have adopted manufacturing techniques from Japan, which involve
new ways of operating across all areas of their business, not least of all,
their stock management.
We
work hand in hand with our customers to set up and maintain the correct management
system for their situation. Whether it be Kanban, Consignment stock,
Just In Time or daily schedule, we deliver what the customer wants,
when they want it.
To
further aid our customers to maintain their lean philosophy, we offer
a kitting service whereby we will consolidate items from a number of suppliers
into a specified group of parts, delivered ready for final assembly.
